The Azura's Star is probably there for roleplayers or those who care about having followers. The woman at Azura's Shrine seems to be a really good spellcaster, judging from watching my brother play.

These outdoor dungeons are really nice. Oblivion was all caves and forts. Shame that the game doesn't autosave anywhere in the overworld, so I have to be a bit paranoid with my saving habits.
The game autosaves every 15 minutes when you go into the menus so, its kind of a safety net for non-compulsive savers.
Also the mage at azura's shrine is really overpowered compared to the other companions.
