Wall of flesh its not for the weak of heart! Took my 2 tries to kill him, some protips for people trying:
-Get yourself a ranged weapon and a pineappleton of METEORITE bullets (I like these because you can hit 2 targets with one bullet)
-Get yourself some decent armor, the lazors dont hit that hard but if you get too close to those bitting things Ouch 40+ damage if they touch you (Also if you reduce their health too much they detach from the wall)
-Recomended its to craft a lava immunity, Ironskin and Health Regen potion.
-Clear the Path before the fight so you wont get stuck mid fight and curse like a maniac.
-Get some speed items/potions so the wall stay well out of range.
-And most importantly be sure to have decent movement items (Red balloon, Cloud in a bottle and maybe rocket boots) it will make escaping a pineappleton easier.
Edit: Fml the shotgun its not as awesome as i thought it was gonna be.
