sorry for double posting but does countering even exist anymore? like i play a destroy card and u play a destroy my destroy card so that both cards are gone and the original card activated effect is negated?

If a card negates, it'll negate the card. Destroying isnt the same as negating.
Solemn judgment and warning are near staples.

And the side deck is a 15 card deck you have where you can switch out cards in your deck in between games (so for game 2 and 3), you use it so your deck is a bit more optimized for whatever match up youre going against.

Extra deck is for fusions, synchros, and xyz.

Thousand eyes restrict is still banned, but relinquished isn't.

There is no preset deck, you just make your own/copy someone.
