So far the opinion is that... the jungle is like a new lane now, miss any farm and you are going to get behind in unfunny ways (Aka ganking but not killing anyone). The gold gain was nerfed but the spawn timers were reduced so if you want to counter jungle efficiently you should aim for the big one of the camp and leave the other or at least another minion in there.
Also like 70-80% of the camp its exp/gold its given by the big mob. The sigil Heal recover its miserable at best, i think it was 20-30hp or something.
And as you already know Blue buff and Red Buff have been nerfed somewhat.
Oh and the monster exp and gold increase with game time but only at the moment they spawned, ergo if you dont ever kill the monster since they spawned at 1:10-30 they will retain the same experience from that time. So constant killing its important (And for counterjungling leaving that single mob to prevent respawn)
