Yeah, it's pretty much like Snipe now, which isn't the way to go.
IMO, it's one of the better 'upgrades' in this revamp (-Assaulter and BoT, RAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE), although I really would have preferred just having a damage buff and damage cap increase on the skill.
