they might be rechargeable at random shops other places. It doesnt make sense, in a logic or programming sense(though im no expert) why they would be rechargeable at 1 shop. I would have figured it to be all or none. Otherwise, it seems like they'd have to go through and every shop and say "rechargeable" or w/e.

there may be like different groups of shops. so it may be rechargeable elsewhere.
