Be aware that once you reach +5, you will need at least one Average Diamond per enhancement attempt as well. Also, I think epic equips can start de-ranking on failed attempts as soon as you reach +4. My wand and shield de-ranked on me once at around +5, but after that hurdle, I got from +5 to +8 without any failed enhancement attempts on both of them afterwards.
I think that sounds about right, actually. I'm not aware of any other content that we're missing between now and the Level 40 cap. Then again, I don't really keep up with the other versions of DN that much. Plus it'd make sense for Nexon to push out the Level 40 cap before the holidays.
