Reliability and security? Meh..
Could be better.
Better web and game experiences? In the middle.
Website looks nice, I don't know about the game.
Game Security? No.
Doesn't seem to have had any major improvement.
Quality of Customer Service? A tiny bit.
Best content and support? Content, yes. Support, no.
They did seem to do a bit better this year.
