Are potential lines still broken? Cause I saw a lv 120 Unique 1hd sword with 16% Weapon Attack on it and a lv 30 Unique sneaker with 8% Dex, all in the past day or so. :f6:

Or have they added Legendary level stats in some form ? Hime mentioned something about changing Potential stats in the v1.03 update...
