Aegis (I usually finish this or the FH first after shoes/philo stone)

Coming from someone who frequently uses and abuses Amumu 2798162986192176586823 times in the jungle, there's a few things - notably builds - that would be much better options for the little mummy.
For shoes: If I had the option to say things harshly, I wouldve said "I don't give a **** about shoes other than Merc Treads". But I don't like being a jerk here. My case in point is that as Amumu, you're the tank. You're the point guy who's going to be at the front soaking up damage and God knows how much CC the enemies throw at you. Merc Treads will be the best - if not, optimal - item you'll need.
I see you listing Eliesa's Miracle in your items, but IMO Merc Treads would be the best for him (Tenacity + MR). Eliesa would be a waste of an item slot, and plus you'll have additional MS from the Initiate (Defense) and the Utility mastery anyways. Therefore, no need to get Boots of Swiftness or Boots of Mobility.
Also, BV and FoN are a MUST have on Amumu. If you look at it this way, his base HP (and in some ways or form, his base HP regen) is quite low, so getting HP/defense (Armor, MR) items would increase his survivability by a lot.
Do note that Aegis is best as an early-game or a early mid-game item. If you don't get Aegis during those game phases, its best not to get it because it will not be as effective later on.
Other items to consider: Thornmail (situational), Randuins (good amounts of armor, HP, HP5, and its nice passive/active effect. Plus it builds up from HoG, if you get that item early on and hold it long enough for its GP5 effect), QSS (situational). GA is usually an optional item, and if you do get it, get it the very last.
