so in summary, From cheapest to most expensive to fund to hit damage cap

I am not sure if I am correct, but here's how I see this all with these tables.
Anyway great job, Joe Tong. I like the amount of work you put in to get these tables.
Btw would appreciate if you could do one for mages where BAM,evan and fp,il,bs, could be lumped together in 1.
