6% DEX on rare gun?

Ahh, I see. I've just never heard of a rare item having 6%, and I've only heard that they can have up to 3%, never mind 9%.

It's completely possible.
I've had this glove on this character since shortly after the potential system came out, and since the character is just used a Zakum sign up mule, I've never tossed it.

Do you know if that glove actually gives the 6% LUK it says it does? Just wondering.
