And where malcom is wrong is that my connections aren't the sole reason for my involvement. A lot of the strats and possibilities of a cleaner run were contributed by me, and tried to be maintained by me. (when i was there at least) Strats that have absolutely nothing to do with my damage and instead involve stuff like singling the 1.65s, shifting her aggro from someone else to me or negating it completely, reducing her power to interrupt the flow of battle by preventing damage reflect and other attacks with barrage, among other things like resetting res when needed. None of this requires damage to appeal to the squad.

Simplification is the enemy of being taken seriously. Maybe if your class wasn't the epitome of "sit and survive", and maybe if you knew what bossing in this game is really about, you would be able to back your point.
