Hotfixes released
Yay for jungle EXP boost. Should fix the problems certain junglers have been having in getting to level 4 after clearing the entire jungle.

We just released a hotfix to address a few bugs. See below for the full release notes:
* Jungle experience increased by 5% to compensate for new mastery trees
* Fixed a bug where spectators would crash if a champion stealths not in the vision of the spectator
* Fixed a bug where Shift + enter does not work in multiple languages
* Fixed a bug where Vaynes Condemn does not proc Silver Bolts
