Please note I never once analyzed this political decision by Congress, but merely sought to enlighten people that, believe it or not, many common, popular foods are a sum of their components, and if you creatively exchange healthier options for the notoriously unhealthy ones, you'll create a version that's delicious and nutritious.
I actually agree with what you said, because what you said is, well, obvious, but the fact that your response is essentially implying I said something to the effect of "These are meals the Federal Government is paying for," is absurd considering I said nothing related to politics in my post.
Let's read please, Southperry. And sorry, CrazyForDex, I don't mean to call you out so snappily, just in a funky mood.
Ah it's ok. I just assumed that because you were posting in this thread that you were in some way relating your response to the decision passed by Congress. Taking what you are saying further, almost any food can be made healthy/nutritious if you substitute the unhealthy ingredients for better ones, so I really don't know why you had to "enlighten" to this. (Unhealthy food - unhealthy ingredients) + healthy substitues = a more balanced food. Not trying to be a plantain, just trying to understand the point of your post :f6:
