Also i r sad about heaven hammer being "Nerfed" (Because thats a pineappleing NERF). Dunno what the pomegranate changed on CB, im betting they removed the stun chance from the skill.
I think it deals 999,998 PLUS the 1700% now.
Charge Blow's stun was removed but that's pointless because you'll have dual charged lightning on all the time.
90% stun anyway.
