Familiar Skill List

Does anybody know the increases to the stats in regards to familiars increasing STR DEX LUK INT? I know each grade gives more than the next, but what are the actual amounts?

Small = 1
Normal = 2
Large = 3.

For Item/Meso drop rate

Small = 20%
Normal = 40%
Large = 60%

For 'Item' or 'Meso' drop rate (The ones like the Wolf Underling for example)

Small = Does not exist I believe
Normal = 50%
Large = 100%

For HP% or MP% recovery

Small = 5%
Normal = 10%
Large = 15%
