My Sharpshooter is also going to be my third 32 character, in which I don't even focus on my first 32 character anymore. That was my Mystic, in which I wanted her to become a Smasher at first (laser path), but the laser path has been so absolutely underwhelming thus far. Summon Comet and Gravity Crush both seem to be so useful for breaking superarmor. And yet the laser path has 9 Tail Laser and Spectrum Ray, both of which don't even seem to be anywhere near as useful. Not to mention that dark % equips seem to be absurdly easy to get in this game. But oh well, I'll just wait for that reset at Level 45. However long that takes.
I'm not even sure if I want to continue with my old Mercenary anymore, but I'm not going to delete him, just in case I decide to pick him up again down the line and because he already has a lot of free inventory and storage space from those events.
Smashers are very good in terms of raw damage, since nine tail laser and spectrum ray are both really powerful; they're actually pretty similar to elementalist in that sense.
