Of course you wouldn't go without Smite, but Heal would probably let in some strange junglers and there's nothing like ganking a lane and revitalizing your nearly dead allies at the same time. >:

What better way to revitalize a lane than to kill 1 or 2 enemies? Ganking its all about kill kill kill and i dont think heal would help much if its on the gankers hands.
