For those that want to know how the Juggernaut mastery will factor into some champs who have CC reduction abilities....

 Math galore!

1. Irelia (assume she has 3+ champs around her and have Merc Treads equipped)

With Juggernaut: (1 - 0.35) * (1 - 0.1) * (1 - 0.4) = 0.351 ---> 1 - 0.351 = 0.649 ~ 65% disable duration reduction
Without Juggernaut: (1 - 0.35) * (1 - 0.4) = 0.39 ---> 1 - 0.39 = 0.61 ~ 61% disable duration reduction

2. Trundle (assume he has his max rank Contaminate up and Merc Treads equipped)

With Juggernaut: (1 - 0.35) * (1 - 0.1) * (1 - 0.4) = 0.351 ---> 1 - 0.351 = 0.649 ~ 65% disable duration reduction
Without Juggernaut: (1 - 0.35) * (1 - 0.4) = 0.39 ---> 1 - 0.39 = 0.61 ~ 61% disable duration reduction

3. Dr Mundo (assume he has max rank Burning Agony and Merc Treads equipped)

With Juggernaut: (1 - 0.35) * (1 - 0.1) * (1 - 0.35) = 0.38025 ---> 1 - 0.38025 = 0.61975 ~ 62% disable duration reduction
Without Juggernaut: (1 - 0.35) * (1 - 0.35) = 0.4225 ---> 1 - 0.4225 = 0.5776 ~ 58% disable duration reduction

4. Singed (assume he has Merc Treads equipped and max ranks on Insanity Potion)

With Juggernaut: (1 - 0.35) * (1 - 0.1) * (1 - 0.2) = 0.468 ---> 1 - 0.468 = 0.532 ~ 53% disable duration reduction
Without Juggernaut: (1 - 0.35) * (1 - 0.2) = 0.52 ---> 1 - 0.52 = 0.48 ~ 48% disable duration reduction

tl;dr - Juggernaut increases CC reduction by up to 4-5% in total
