inb4 Nexon fixes all but ISPs located outside their service area.. i.e me 
I'm still trying to think how this 'error' has come to be. Did they purposely try and block something and nexon it up or did some ISPs gang together and say nexon is so much of a nexon that we wont let our customers go near?
