Well from this we can see that everyone can have two summons out but it seems to attack when you are attacked by a mob and UAs get the summon from their cygnus father/mother. So yeah pretty useless but atleast it is a DPS boost compared to normal adventurers not a stupid skill we will never use after 4th (looking at sharkwave and its problem with gun mastery).
What a perfect time for Bishops not to have Summon Dragon....
