OT: Did a lot of personal work today in the sense of spiritual growth, like I thought I would, thanks to the session with my therapist. Feeling a lot better about a lot of things, though lord knows emotions can change as things go on. But I have new ideas to play around with, reflect upon, and apply to my life, and I feel much more confident in who I am. Which is exactly what I needed .
