Beyond that, Southperry doesn't encourage players to spread rumours that will affect people in the game. So while that player may not be a member here, it is already blatantly obvious that people will not be associating with them--or worse, they could begin harassing them. That is not what Southperry is to be used for.
That is why the rule exists. There is no exception.
It doesn't matter if the accusation is true or false. Though, since he's already admitted to it, I guess it makes no difference.
