They used to be at midnight, or, more recently, at 10PM. But they've been having them at 7AM for a few months now.
Probably a better time. I would think there are more people playing at night than in the morning on school/workdays.
It's also a very good time for Australians - about 2AM or thereabouts.
It only really sucks for Europeans, the maintenances are now on the prime playing hours of afternoon/evening.
