Yep, it gets ugly, but that's just pure Math. I'd hate to see what Engineering and Physics have to offer, though I don't exactly go there.
I haven't personally gotten to calc4 yet so I don't know exactly what should be going on, but I've had two options for graphs: wolframalpha for automation, and octave for manual numerical presentation.
