Original Dragon Nest Thread

I feel like I have no control over my character as a swordsman since every friggin attack makes you go forward. If you rush in with a triple slash, you're basically asking to get yourself surrounded since it moves the mobs in an arc around you. It'll probably change once I get higher level and get more ranged abilities or I can change my own playstyle. I'll get used to it eventually like I did with my crossbow on my archer.

Edit - that was solved pretty quickly lol. Getting dash combo and the 6th point in rising slash was pretty huge.

you can use it like if you were trimming a bush, not going to the center, but rather around the borders of the mob. but yea, i like slash combo actually, so pweety. and if you think triple slash's bad, wait until you get that thrust skill lol, use it from too close and it's like jumping to the middle., however, following with a ground smash is usually good enough to escape uscathed.
