Well, the way most HP washing works is that it ultimately keeps the amount of total AP in HP/MP at any given time 0 (ap in hp = "negative" ap in mp in a sense). It's concievable that Nexon could code ap resets to reset the amount of total AP you should have based on your level - you'd have 4/4/4/4 stats again but unchanged hp/mp from previous washing. This way, it would reset excess ap in hp, if you actually keep it there instead of your main stat, but it wouldn't affect a non-bloodwashed hp/mp total.
