She's on their forums at last, though, but not saying anything beyond "It's a network issue".
Kind of strange to hear it's a network issue, when all computers seem online (and have been all night), just the application that's down. Their website and forums have been up all along too.
Also, other games do have ETAs already. To this, Hime responds:
