Going on HT run questions

Best overview I've seen in a while.
Usually this topic gets short, vague, confusing, near-useless responses. Almost like HT is a secret cult no-one wants to talk about.

I've always thought that part was obvious. It's in every guide out there, you'd figure people would at least try to look up a guide at the very least before attempting to HT.
