How long can you grind?

I think the longest I ever trained was maybe six or seven hours during that 12 hour 2x event. Now, I can't train more than 10 minutes without hating the game, which is why I don't play anymore. Although, I think it's Wolf Spiders that are holding me back. I just absolutely hate that map for some reason.
