Lux is a great asset for this as she can Push, Burst, Teamfight, Support and Snipe amazingly. The only things she lacks, well the way I build her at least, are tanking and 1vs1ing tanky dps's, but she has excellent survival tools so running away or evading getting hit isn't that difficult.
Oh god if you're comparing Lux to Anivia you've obviously never seen Kajitii play Anivia
