@ KhainiWest, you know it's just NexonNA being incompetent here right, and not the entire Nexon company? *trollface* Even more so, they only seem to be messing up GMS and Mabinogi NA lately (not counting CA because it's been fail from the start).
And while yes, NexonNA did mess up very very badly in trying to resolve the situation, but you have to remember who started the situation in the first place: hackers. They are the ones to blame for causing the mess, while NexonNA is only to blame... for making things worse. xd
EDIT: And before anyone asks, neither I or anyone I knew has been affected by this. Sympathies for those that are affected though, and I do hope you guys do get your characters back at least.
