When I said 3rd Tier cape I meant something on par with Blackfist Cape... Like Goldensoul except having M.Att instead of useless Int.
Psh just go kill oz f3, you will eventually get it. Chaos shouldn't be a problem, eventually we will get them innocent scrolls
