There's a 1 second delay between activating Blade of the Exile and being able to use Wind Slash.

Sometimes Wind Slash won't let you fire if the aiming cone is clipping terrain in any way. It's a real pain in the ass.

Actually the second issue is common with ALL champions. It's really stupid.

But what I meant was that you could be standing in the open trying to use the thing after wailing on the opponent and it won't go off when you want it to.
