Yeah there's a botter here that sells them in stacks of 100 for 4-5m each.. just finding the recipe and hoping the Chaos Scrolls work out nicely is the problem.
When I said 3rd Tier cape I meant something on par with Blackfist Cape... Like Goldensoul except having M.Att instead of useless Int.
