Don't know if it's a glitch but it's annoying 'cos it's hard to see what buffs are near to expiring.
I know! I never understood Nexon's logic, but moving buffs when they were never in the way to begin with is just stupid! Especially when they don't bother to layer them to appear on top of anything else that goes up there.
