Ok I haven't read one lick of this thread aside from the OP.
Buying a jar of premade pasta sauce and boxes of different kinds of pasta can make a VERY fast, easy, and tasty dinner.
Taking tortillas and putting some pasta sauce and shredded chesse then baking at 425 for ~10 minutes makes easy cheap pizzas.
Chicken is pretty versatile, if you have raw chicken breast and old cornflakes you can bread it and bake it in about thirty minutes.
Ramen is pretty easy to spice up, dropping the liquid and making adding a bit of ketchup with the flavor packet is easy and tasty.
I've got some more ideas, but cba to get them all organized.
