Grilled Cheese Sandwiches work wonders for me at home, when all you need is a stove.

Actually you can do them even easier in an oven, just butter two slices of bread, place them butter down on a cookie sheet, add a slice of cheese to both, cook a few minutes while they toast and the cheese melts and then slap them together cheese to cheese. Cooks more evenly and thoroughly, and quite yummy, plus you can do several at once better than you can on a stove as long as your oven and cookie sheet are big enough.

Most cooking is pretty easy.
