Issue with Potential lines, and Miracle Cube concerns

I don't get it. I really don't. What's the point of saying it's fixed when it isn't? Even if it is fixed, which it isn't, what's the point in not releasing legendary as soon as possible when people aren't going to cube as much until it is?

I really don't get it.
