It wasn't me who said something but I had it happen to me. It only cost me one premium cube but just an announcement about this 3 days, 7 days, an hour after it started happening would be a vast improvement over the 33 days it's taken them to acknowledge this problem.
I don't understand if they just dismissed all of the tickets up until they decided to look into this as kids not realizing what they were doing or if they just didn't see any of the tickets until now because they are so backlogged.
Either way a horribly long time for some news on what is presumably their main money maker.
Unfortunately there is zero incentive for them to do better next time.
