Issue with Potential lines, and Miracle Cube concerns

Took them long enough, and while this does not affect me, I feel there should be SOME compensation for those who used cubes at the time. I'm not sure where (I think it was on here), but someone had their 3L'd item go down to 2L, and then used Premium cubes to get it back to 3, just to have it happen again and have to premium cube it again. Should such a person not be compensated for the error on Nexon's part and all that extra money they spent on cubes? Or what about those that used normal cubes and had to use even more to get other stats, or scrolled to get these glitched stats that arent actually that great at all?

Glad they're saying something, but it took them a damn long time, and one must wonder why they're saying it now and not earlier. Surely it didn't take over a month for them to realize this (or knowing Nexon...).
