Well we just ran Empress after this latest patch with Familiars, basically she dc'd 99% of the squad with 1 move. She was going into an animation after coming out of hibernation, our pally went to crash her and POOF bye bye squad. I somehow managed to not dc and I think it may be because i was attempting to crash her also. We will test the Empress again later this week and I will report back my findings.
