Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword [SPOILERS]

Supposedly the world map:

A bit of a departure form the usual. I'm interested to see how their new approach impacts the gameplay.

Looks interesting. I wonder if there is going to be any areas from past zelda games(I.E. Lost woods, Lake hylia ETC.). That lake is probably lake hylia. Also is'nt this the same Hyrule as in OoT? I know Skyward sword(SS) takes place before OoT.
