You can purchase one scroll per character through the Legend shop or get one from Hot Time.
In KMS, there are three Hot Time events during the Legend update:
- Cannon Shooter release: 100% chance to get AP Reset scroll + Mysterious Love letter, Legend coins, personality trait potions and a lesser chance to get other items/cash items.
- Mercedes release: 100% chance to get 20 Legend coins, Character Slot Expansion coupon, instant level-up potion and the Elf Tiara and a lesser chance to get other items/cash items.
- Demon Slayer release: 100% chance to get SP Reset scroll + instant level-up potion, 20 Legend coins and the Devil's Horns and a lesser chance to get other items/cash items.
Remember that this happened in KMS. GMS can go any direction if they want.
