Average crystals only drop in abyss modes (fking stupid imo) or you can get medium waters from doing dailies to craft them.
Medium waters it is then, because I've done nothing but abyss dungeons from 24-32 and haven't gotten more than 15 average onyxes along the way.
Oh, and what am I supposed to do with Goddess's medals? I'm having fun with PvP, but all the items I've seen in the shop looks like crap. Unless those Lustre pouches can give average lustres that is.
