Also, I believe that Twister Spin's attack rate is 500ms, not 600. I would guess this because at it's current rate, it hits 17 times at level 1, but that includes the slow start up and stop times. This is reduced significantly if you are at level 30 of the skill, as there are more attacks per start and stop of the animation. Meaning 0.75 seconds for both start and stop, and an attack every 500ms after that. If that is the case, it would hit 37 times each time it was cast. Also, teleport can be cast during the start up animation and the end of the twister animation, allowing for slightly higher dps.
Edit: When timed, I measured 8.5 seconds between attacks starting and attacks stopping on Twister Spin. 17 attacks total at level 1.
K, I'll look into getting more accuracy for Twister Spin. The calculations are done with Normal (6) Staff + Booster + Yellow Aura.
