This table includes the recasting of every buff into consideration. It has an estimate of 600ms for the new Twister Spin's attack rate. Otherwise, it's around 200%/s lower. Twister has a very long start-up and end time. Damage increase is not that great for single target because even though there is defense ignore, it doesn't apply to Teleport, which is a large contributor to their DPS, and it would make them considerably closer to Evans if every skill had an additional 30% defense ignore and not just Finishing Blow (~3000%/s, still weaker, just not by half). If a high level Battle Mage could test if The Finisher's current ignore defense applied to other skills, that might fix some of these issues we're seeing here. Otherwise, they're just plain weaker. Also, I assumed Body Boost's +20% damage and Battle Mastery's +30% damage multiply each other but they could very well be additive and they'd be 1.04x weaker. These two have no affect on Advanced Dark Aura's damage over time right?

How significant would the damage difference be assuming that you are using a Fast (4) weapon, then adding booster to it? You said the current is being calculated with a Normal (6) right? Is that after applying booster or before?

Also, I believe that Twister Spin's attack rate is 500ms, not 600. I would guess this because at it's current rate, it hits 17 times at level 1, but that includes the slow start up and stop times. This is reduced significantly if you are at level 30 of the skill, as there are more attacks per start and stop of the animation. Meaning 0.75 seconds for both start and stop, and an attack every 500ms after that. If that is the case, it would hit 37 times each time it was cast. Also, teleport can be cast during the start up animation and the end of the twister animation, allowing for slightly higher dps.

Edit: When timed, I measured 8.5 seconds between attacks starting and attacks stopping on Twister Spin. 17 attacks total at level 1.
