KMS 1.2.144 - Skill Revamp, Forest, Halloween

I'd been meaning to ask this:
does anyone know what the level 75 Wand, Staff, Polearm, Crossbow, and Gun are about?
If it was a dual xbow I would be making a conspiracy theory about how the Pirate Hero would be a gunman but hm...
Also, thieves being left out.

I think it's for the Union Quests or a level up event or something. If you look they fit the revamped classes.
