If you want to jungle-Warwick.
If you want to solo top lane (I doubt anyone in your level solos top or jungles, though)-Nasus
You want to gank people in 5 seconds - Twisted Fate.
So basically for your summoner level
1) Twisted Fate
2) Warwick
3) Nasus

So I know I've asked this before, but it went unanwsered. Could anyone list the pros and cons of arpen marks compared to ad marks?

.And arpen marks are generally the way to go, just to get the minions to 0 armor. Quints, on the other hand, you should carry ad quints since the minions are already at 0 armor.
